It features the Citadel, the government of Ricks, and Evil Morty once more. If there is no end to the universe, then why does Rick seem to be the smartest person in every timeframe? All the mythology will be informed by the answer to that query.

Solaricks, Season 6 Episode 1

With Rick and community lost in the Citadel and without a website weapon, the season 6 launch picks up right where the finale’s episode left off. The malfunctioning portal gun keeping the Smiths away from pocket universes for the time being and Jerry returning to his season 2 and#8221 self, were obviously intended to be a lore &#8220, reset &#8221, of sorts. However, as is typically the case with this show, lore still finds a way.

Juricksic Mort, Season 6 Episode 6

This is another controversial option for this list, just like &#8220, Never Ricking Morty &#8221. That&#8217, s because, for 99 % of its running time, &#8220, Juricksic Mort&#8221, is a perfectly self-contained Rick and Morty adventure. However, it is not until the sentient, inventive dinosaurs repair Rick&#8217, s portal gun and Central Finite Curve that the episode&#8217’s connection to the larger picture becomes clearer.

Ricktional Mortpoon&#8217, s Rickmas Mortcation, Season 6 Episode 10

This is the episode that sets up Rick&#8217’s future and possibly even the series &#8217, overall big bad, despite the majority of Rick and Morty‘s lore to this point. Additionally, this film features a lightsaber joke that always makes me laugh.
